These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and bat399 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). To register and maintain an account with bat399, the User must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
bat399 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration, at withdrawal, or at any other point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active account with bat399. Operating multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, a different name, or through the use of another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. bat399 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held therein if multiple-account use is detected.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bat399 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bat399 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify bat399 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Users are required to keep their account information accurate and up to date at all times, including registered mobile number, email address, and payment method details. bat399 may require re-verification of account information at its discretion. Withdrawal requests may be held pending until account information discrepancies are resolved.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. bat399 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Users will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
bat399 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, and 1LINK. bat399 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods from this list without prior notice to Users.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 (Pakistani Rupees). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. These limits may be revised by bat399 at any time, with updates reflected on the platform's payments page.
All transactions on the bat399 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bat399 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, Users' payment providers may apply their own fees for transactions. bat399 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
bat399 operates in compliance with its licensing obligations in relation to anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. The Company reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where it reasonably suspects that the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose. All intellectual property comprising the bat399 platform — including but not limited to the bat399 brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and data displays — is the exclusive property of bat399 or its licensed game and content providers.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bat399 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise exploiting any element of the bat399 platform or its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat399's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the bat399 Services, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User into their bat399 account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bat399 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of a User's use of, or inability to use, the bat399 Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of expected winnings, loss of data, or emotional distress.
bat399 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability of the Services. bat399 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.
bat399's collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the bat399 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. bat399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where bat399 determines, acting reasonably, that the User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has provided false registration information, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where required by applicable law or licensing obligations.
In the event of account closure due to User breach, bat399 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining account balance, including both real-money funds and any bonus credits, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach. bat399 will not forfeit real-money deposits held separately from bonus funds except where required by applicable law or where funds are directly connected to fraudulent activity.
Users may request closure of their bat399 account at any time by contacting the platform's support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the User's nominated withdrawal method following KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bat399 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising between a User and bat399 that cannot be resolved through the bat399 internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
Users may submit a formal complaint to bat399's support team at any time. bat399 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Where a User is dissatisfied with bat399's resolution, they may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the published escalation procedure.
bat399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could significantly affect the rights or obligations of Users — bat399 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice through a notice posted on the bat399 platform or via email to the address registered on the User's account.
Continued use of the bat399 Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. Users who do not agree to amended terms must cease using the bat399 Services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
